MBACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Community Facilitator. Founder of Figuring Forward Therapy and Support.
I'm the founder, therapist and community facilitator behind Figuring Forward. This space brings together both sides of healing — as an individual and in community — offering one-to-one therapy alongside shared spaces for reflection, figuring out, and accountability.
"Life can be really, really hard sometimes. My interest in psychology started through my own need for support — to make sense of what I was feeling and experiencing."
Therapy felt unique to me. A genuinely safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. That experience is what I bring to every client I work with.
I'm an integrative trained psychotherapist, which means I draw from various therapeutic approaches — combining psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT techniques. I specialise in helping individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. Think of me as someone on your team: helping you understand what's going on for you and supporting you in making meaningful change.
I have experience within the NHS, student services and accessible community counselling, alongside almost a decade of work in community building, pastoral care, and mental wellbeing support. I've worked across education, loss, social mobility and student wellbeing — developing programmes, facilitating workshops, and providing advocacy. I understand the deep links between mental wellbeing and the wider social and societal context we all live in.
Committed to continuous professional development and regular training.
My approach is integrative — I don't believe one size fits all. I draw on a range of evidence-based methods to meet you where you are, tailoring how we work to what feels right for you.
Exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape how you feel and behave today. Making the unseen visible so you can move forward with more clarity.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard — and to walk alongside you, not in front of you.
Practical tools for understanding the links between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — and developing strategies that help you respond to life differently.
I bring a deep awareness of race, identity and culture into the therapy room. You don't need to explain yourself — I get it, and I create space for all of who you are.
Therapy that actively affirms your identity, background and experience. Whether you're neurodivergent, navigating identity, or just feel a bit different — you belong here.
Healing doesn't only happen one-to-one. I also create group spaces for shared reflection, connection and accountability — because sometimes we need each other too.
Almost a decade working across therapy, community building, and wellbeing support has shaped how I understand people — and what they really need.
Experience working within NHS settings, student counselling and accessible community services — supporting people through anxiety, depression, identity, loss and more.
Nearly a decade developing programmes, facilitating workshops and providing advocacy across education, social mobility and student wellbeing.
Deep experience in pastoral care — supporting individuals through difficult transitions, loss, and moments of uncertainty with compassion and consistency.
Experienced in working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating identity — including ADHD, dyslexia, and questions of self and purpose.
I'm not currently taking new one-to-one clients, but spaces open regularly. Join the waitlist and be first to know — and get early access to group spaces launching this year.
