A relational, integrative space to make sense of what's going on and start to feel more like yourself — whether that's burnout, overthinking, relationships, identity, neurodivergence, or simply feeling stuck.

On this pageHow therapy with me works, what it costs, and ways to begin.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, emotionally exhausted, or unsure what comes next. Therapy can offer space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and feel less alone in it.
"What am I doing with my life?"
"Who even am I now?"
"Was any of that ever really me?"
I work in a reflective, relational way that makes space for different ways of thinking and being — with people navigating uncertainty, identity questions, relationships, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, and periods of change.
You don't need to fit neatly into a category to seek support.
Open-ended therapy uses a trust-based sliding scale (inspired by the Green Bottle Method). Single and short-term sessions are a set rate.
My lower open-ended band (£40–£50) is currently held by existing clients. If fees feel out of reach, please raise it when we speak — we'll think it through together.
Accepting new clients for a September / October 2026 start, with sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Join the waitlistThere are two ways to start, depending on what would feel most helpful. Intro calls and consultations are bookable from August, for a September/October 2026 start if we decide to work together.
Best if you're exploring your options. A relaxed chat to tell me a little about what's going on and what support you're looking for, and to see if we feel like a good fit. There's no pressure to decide anything on the call.
Book a free callFor those who already feel ready to begin. A fuller first conversation to explore your background, what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and how I work — so we can both get a clear sense of whether we're the right fit. No pressure to commit, and either of us may feel a different kind of support would suit you better, which is completely okay.
Book a consultationBookings open from August. The free call is a brief, no-cost way to get a feel for working together. The consultation is a fuller, paid first conversation for those readier to begin — payment is taken at booking to confirm your place. Not sure which fits? Just email me and we'll figure it out.
You don't have to commit to anything open-ended to begin. We can start with whatever fits where you are right now.
A complete, self-contained space focused on one specific issue or concern. We'll work together to understand what you want to be different and what might help you get there, so you leave with something practical and meaningful.
Good if you want focused support without ongoing commitment.
A focused piece of work for moving through something specific. We'll agree what you want to explore and work toward it together over a defined number of sessions.
Good if you have a clear sense of what's bringing you here.
Longer-term, unfolding work at your own pace, with no fixed endpoint. We check in regularly to make sure the depth and direction feel right.
Good if you're navigating something bigger, or simply don't yet know where it's heading — and that's okay.
Single sessions (£80) and short-term work (£60) are set rates. Open-ended therapy uses my sliding scale so cost stays workable over time — you choose what feels fair. Not sure which fits? We'll talk it through in your free call or consultation.
I'm an integrative therapist — I adapt therapy to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes that means making space. Sometimes it means exploring patterns. Sometimes it means practical tools for right now.
No pressure to explain everything quickly or perfectly. We start where you are and move at a speed that feels right for you.
Exploring thoughts, feelings, identity, and patterns with curiosity — gently, without judgment, and without rushing toward conclusions.
Whether or not you're neurodivergent, there's room here for different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing. You don't need to mask or explain yourself — and we can look at how a world that isn't built for you might be making things harder.
You're not a problem to fix — we make sense of things together. My role is to support and walk alongside you, not in front of you.
I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches alongside attachment-based, compassion-focused, existential, feminist, and narrative methods — always adapting to what fits you. The relationship we build is central to how this works.
The relationship matters most of all — so it helps to know a little about who you'd be working with.
Meet me — about DezrikaYou don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to seek support. If something feels off, that's enough.
Tap a question to open it. If yours isn't here, please just get in touch — there's no such thing as a silly question.
Integrative therapy draws on multiple therapeutic approaches rather than using one fixed method. I adapt how we work based on what's most helpful for you — combining psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT techniques alongside others. This means therapy with me is flexible and relational rather than prescriptive.
Yes — and I'm neurodivergent myself (dyslexic), so I work in a way that makes space for different ways of thinking, communicating, and processing. To be clear, neurodivergence isn't something I see as a problem to fix. Often what brings people to therapy isn't being neurodivergent itself, but the strain of living in a world that isn't built for how they think and feel — which can fuel anxiety, low mood, burnout, or self-doubt. A late diagnosis can also stir up a lot: it can reframe your whole sense of self and your past, which takes time to make sense of. That's the kind of thing we work with together. You don't need to mask, over-explain, or fit a particular mould here.
Yes — I work with clients across the UK and with international clients where appropriate. I'm BACP-registered and work under UK jurisdiction, so if you're based outside the UK, you're responsible for any local regulatory or practical considerations in your country. Please get in touch and we can discuss whether working together would suit your situation.
There are two ways to begin. You can book a free 20-minute intro call — a relaxed, no-pressure chat to get a feel for working together. Or, if you already feel ready to begin, you can book a 50-minute initial consultation (£40) for a fuller first conversation. Both are a chance for us to see whether we're a good fit, and there's no pressure to commit. You can book either through my booking page, or email me if you're not sure which suits you.
Yes — there are three ways we can work. A single session (£80) is a complete, self-contained space focused on one specific issue. Short-term work (£60 per session, usually 6–10 sessions) is a focused piece of work for moving through something specific. And open-ended therapy is longer-term, unfolding work with no fixed endpoint, on my sliding scale. We can talk through which fits you when we first speak — and you're never locked in, we can review as we go.
I'm accepting new clients for a September / October 2026 start, with sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Join the waitlist to register your interest, and I'll reach out personally when a space opens. I get in touch in the order people joined — and from there we begin with a free call or consultation to talk through what you're looking for and whether we feel like a good fit. It's a two-way decision: it matters that you feel comfortable with me, and that I feel I can genuinely help with what you're bringing.
A single session is £80. Short-term work is £60 per session (usually 6–10 sessions). Open-ended therapy uses a sliding scale of £40–£80 per 50-minute session, inspired by trust-based models like the Green Bottle Method — you choose a fee that feels fair and manageable. My lower open-ended band (£40–£50) is currently full, held by existing clients. If the fees feel out of reach, please raise it when we first speak and we'll think it through together.
The initial consultation (£40) is paid when you book, to confirm your place. For ongoing therapy, single sessions, and short-term work, sessions are paid 24 hours before each appointment via a secure payment link. You can also book short-term and open-ended work in blocks of 4, 6, 8, or 10 sessions, with a 5% discount on block bookings. We'll talk through what suits you when we first speak.
Sessions are client-led — we focus on what's most important to you. You might share what's been on your mind, explore a feeling or pattern, or just talk through what's happening for you right now. My role is to listen, reflect, and support without judgment. Each session is 50 minutes.
It depends what you bring and what you're looking for. A single session can be enough for one specific issue; short-term work of 6–10 sessions suits something focused; and open-ended work gives space for something bigger or longer-term. We'll check in regularly to make sure the pace and duration feel right.
Yes — confidentiality is fundamental to therapy. The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, in which case we would discuss next steps together wherever possible.
