The initial consultation is a little more structured than ongoing therapy. It's a space to explore what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. We'll gently touch on your current situation, any previous therapy, and the support systems around you — and you're welcome to ask questions or share anything that feels important. There's no pressure to decide anything on the day.
