Consultancy and collaboration

Making thoughtful space for people to learn and work things out together.

I work with charities, community groups, education settings and organisations who want to bring people together in ways that feel human.

My background spans psychotherapy, community facilitation and pastoral work, so I pay close attention to who’s in the room, who’s heard, and what it takes for people to be honest with each other.

Areas of work

How we might
work together

Every piece of work starts with a conversation, so this is a guide rather than a menu. If your idea sits somewhere in between, get in touch anyway. I partner with organisations through both one-off facilitated workshops and longer strategic consultancy, audits, and monthly staff retainers

01

Facilitation and learning experiences

Workshops, reflective sessions and learning days designed around your group, with room for people to take part at their own pace.

02

Community engagement and participation

Helping organisations create ways for the people they serve to be heard, and to shape what’s offered to them.

03

Programme development

Thinking through a programme with you, from the first idea to how it feels for the people taking part.

04

Lived-experience-informed work

Work shaped by lived experience, including neurodivergence, identity and marginalisation, and by an anti-oppressive, culturally aware approach.

05

Speaking and collaboration

Talks, panels and partnerships. I’m glad to hear from people who’d like to make something together.

How I approach it

People think and contribute better when they feel safe enough to be honest.

Start with the people

We begin by listening: who is this for, what do they need, and what’s already working.

Honest about what's possible

I’ll tell you what I think a session can and can’t do, and I won’t promise more than that.

Care for the whole room

Safety, genuine accessibility and the quieter voices get thought about from the start, not at the end.

Who you'd be working with

Hey, I'm Dezrika

I’m an integrative relational psychotherapist, community facilitator, and co-director of grassroots projects like Seen Sisters. I bring together what I’ve learned from sitting with people one-to-one and from building spaces where groups can think and connect.

As a neurodivergent practitioner, I bring both lived experience and rigorous professional frameworks. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, systemic care, and community leadership.

Ensuring that psychological safety, clear boundaries, and care for the whole room are built in from day one, whether we are designing a programme, facilitating a workshop, or holding reflective space for your team/group.

Where I've
been in the room

“Dezrika was wonderful to work with. She was both organised and enthusiastic and is thoroughly dedicated to working closely with young people to facilitate meaningful and positive experiences. She balances the structures of safeguarding with the responsiveness of pastoral care with ease and was an asset to our team.”

“Dezrika made a really positive contribution to our team in a short timeframe, getting up to speed on our delivery quickly and was a great support to the programme.”
