Therapy for when
life leaves you
burnt out, stuck
or overwhelmed.
An integrative, relational space to make sense of what’s going on and start to feel more like yourself again.
MBACP registered · Online across the UK and internationally · In person in Bristol
Overwhelmed. Disconnected from yourself. Unsure what comes next.
People come to me with burnout and overthinking, with anxiety or low mood, with questions about identity, with a late diagnosis they’re still making sense of, with relationships that feel tangled, with loneliness, with a big life change, or with something they can’t quite put a name to.
Does any of this feel familiar?
You might feel things deeply and think a lot. You might be neurodivergent, questioning who you are, navigating a major change, or simply finding that life has become harder to make sense of.
Therapy that adapts
to you
I’m an integrative relational therapist, so I shape the work around you rather than follow one fixed method. I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT approaches, alongside attachment-based, compassion-focused, existential, feminist and narrative ways of working. Sometimes that means making space to be heard. Sometimes it means gently exploring patterns. Sometimes it’s practical tools for right now.
There’s room here for different ways of thinking, feeling and processing. You don’t need to mask or over-explain. The relationship we build is what makes the work possible, so we go at your pace.
I also keep the bigger picture in view. What brings someone to therapy often isn’t only personal. It’s shaped by culture, identity and the systems around us, and there’s space here to make sense of that without it being explained away. My practice is anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive.

You don't need to mask, or over-explain, or arrive with it all worked out.
We start with a free, relaxed chat. It’s a conversation, not an assessment. You tell me a little about what’s going on, and we both get a feel for whether working together could suit you.
From there, the pace and direction are shaped together. Some weeks you might mostly want to be heard. Other weeks we might look at patterns, or try something practical. We check in on how it’s going as we go.
I’m neurodivergent myself, and I don’t see neurodivergence as something to fix. Often it’s the strain of a world not built for how you think and feel that brings people to therapy, and that’s something we can work through together.
Options that fit
where you are
Single session
A focused one-off session for a particular issue, question or situation. We agree what you’d like from it, and you fill in a short form beforehand to help you prepare. You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy, though further support is there if you want it.
Short-term work
A focused piece of therapy for when there’s something specific you’d like to explore or work through. We review together as we go, so you can decide whether to finish, continue or head in a different direction.
Open-ended therapy
Longer-term work gives more room when what you’re bringing doesn’t need to fit a set number of sessions. The direction and pace are shaped around what feels important to you, and we review it together as it develops.
How the
money works
I want therapy to be as accessible as I can make it, so open-ended work runs on a trust-based sliding scale inspired by the Green Bottle Method. You choose what you pay. There’s no income verification and no proof needed. People who can pay more help keep lower-cost places open for others.
- £70 to £80: the standard fee, for when you're financially stable and able to help sustain lower-cost places
- £55 to £65: for when you're managing your expenses with some flexibility
- £40 to £50: for when paying would be a real stretch. These places are currently held by existing clients, so please still say so if this is where you truthfully sit
- 50-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly
- Online, or in person in Bristol (one space currently available for each)
- Weekdays between 10am and 6:30pm
- Payment by secure link 24 hours before each session, or bank transfer
- Blocks of 4, 6, 8 or 10 sessions get a 5% discount
- 24 hours' notice for cancellations, otherwise the full fee applies

A few more
details
Online and international clients
I’m UK-trained, MBACP registered and insured to work with clients based overseas, where I can practise safely and ethically. Sessions run in UK daytime hours, which tends to suit the UK, Europe and Africa well. Mornings can work for the Americas. Time zones further east can be harder, though not always impossible.
Confidentiality
Everything is confidential. The only exceptions are where there’s a serious risk of harm to you or others, and even then we’d talk through next steps together wherever possible.
